The trumpet concerto by the Austrian composer Hummel is a classic work for trumpet. I believe that the performance of SZSO trumpet principal Dongyu Dai, is enough to evoke the great artistic glory of this German music.Walton's first symphony, although rarely a chance to be put on the domestic and international stage, is undeniably a very rare piece in 20th century symphony genre.
